Student Mental Health Issues for School Counselors

This half-day workshop addresses the needs of school counselors when working with students faced with mental health issues. This presentation will focus on the techniques and interventions that school counselors could use in dealing with students suffering from a range of mental health problems. Dr. Ray will also address working with parents and families. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn quick tips on utilizing the DSM-IV-TR as well as how to access referral sources in their community
